A few weeks ago I wrote a post about our friends Elisa and John staring a new venture at Sheldon’s Wines an independent wine merchant in a beautiful, interesting building in Shipston-On-Stour. Sheldon’s is just two minutes walk from our Bed and Breakfast.
Well, it is a triumph! The décor is excellent, very sympathetic to the building but also chic and the food excellent.
Friday night was very busy with Elisa and John’s burger wagon serving up a storm. If you have not had their burgers you are definitely missing a treat. Lord and Lady Food specialise in gourmet street food and their burgers are excellent.
If they are not making burgers there is a menu for light platters available.
