All prices are per room per night including breakfast and based on 2 people sharing. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people.

We ask for a two night minimum booking at weekends but it’s always worth ringing last minute to check availability for a one night stay.
We require a 40% deposit to secure a booking and accept all cards except Diners. We are also happy to receive BACS payments.
Should you cancel your booking within one week of the first night of your stay, we will try to re-let your room. If we re-let your room we will refund your deposit but if we are unable to re–let the room your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
Single occupancy rate
Our single occupancy rate is £120 including breakfast.
Other information
Check in is between 4pm and 6.30pm and departure is by 11am. If you are not able to check in during these times, please do let us know in advance.
The Old Kiln House is a non smoking house.
If you should require an iron or ironing board during your stay please do ask and these will be supplied for your use.
Pets
Regretfully we cannot allow pets in the rooms however there are many excellent pet friendly options in the area.
Allergies
We will make all efforts to accommodate any allergies or food sensitivities. Dogs have not entered the guest rooms but guests with extreme pet allergies may be affected by previous presence.
Please note, two of the guest bedrooms are situated on the first floor and would not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.
Children
The Old Kiln House is not suitable for children under the age of 16
