Our repeat customers – The ulitmate compliment

When starting our luxury Cotswolds Bed and Breakfast in Shipston-On-Stour, we thought that it would take us a few years to build up momentum and repeat customers.
This year we knew that we were getting things right when we had a large number of guests returning.
Also, because Shipston-On-Stour is such a conveniently located town, central to Birmingham, London and the South, Wales and even Manchester we are lucky to have been chosen for groups of friend’s reunion parties. The Bed in Bed and Breakfast

We have tried our best to cover every aspect of the B&B experience and one of the most important of these is the bed and quality of sleep. Fortunately we seem to have managed this as we have had several guests ask us for details of the mattresses we use as they are so comfortable and the guests have slept really well.

We tried out several types and when we stayed in a hotel/B&B that was comfortable we made notes of which mattresses they were using.

I ended up in wonderful Shipston upon Stour running a luxury bed and breakfast after leaving the corporate world.
