The Old Kiln House – Terms and Conditions

Any reservation of accommodation at The Old Kiln House will incorporate and be subject to these terms and conditions which apply to any person making the reservation or using the accommodation (herein after referred to as the Guest) and The Old Kiln House.

Any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 40% paid to The Old Kiln House at the time of making the reservation.

A reservation at The Old Kiln House will only be effective when the deposit paid to The Old Kiln House has been received as cleared funds by The Old Kiln House and The Old Kiln House has dispatched a confirmation email.

A maximum of two guests shall occupy any room. All guests must be over the age of 18 and not act in any way that disturbs any guest or owner.

Should the reservation be cancelled prior to seven days before the first night of the reservation, the booking will be refunded in full (excluding any bank charges incurred by the guest).

In the event of the reservation being cancelled less than seven days before the first night of the reservation, The Old Kiln House will endeavour to resell the accommodation reserved. Should The Old Kiln House be unable to re-sell the accommodation reserved, the deposit will be forfeited.

Smoking is not allowed in any part of The Old Kiln House. If any Guest smokes in any part of the house, the Guest agrees to pay for a professional tobacco and smoke odour removal service.

Unless varied by prior mutual agreement, all accommodation must be vacated no later than 11:00 am.

It remains the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times and neither The Old Kiln House nor any of it’s owners can accept responsibility for any loss or damage to these belongings.

No animals other than certified service dogs can be accommodated at The Old Kiln House.

The Guest hereby authorises The Old Kiln House to debit any charges due in terms of this agreement from their credit or debit card.
